*All Invoices must say “Invoice” or “Order Confirmation”

(can NOT say “Purchase Order, Estimate, Quote, Proposal)

*Must be in US Dollars

*Must be itemized with Quantity, Description, Unit Price, Extended Price, Total Value of Invoice

*Must have the Suppliers address and phone #

*Must have a Date and Invoice Number

*No Handwritten marks on the invoice

*Do not use the words “used” or “Antique”

*All Original Artwork must have a letter of authenticity

Requirements for Vehicle Export

  • Information required for the booking:
  •            Shipper information – contact name and number
  •           Consignee information –contact name and number
  •          Trucker contact – if required
  •          Port of Discharge required
  •         Commodity description – make, model, year, color, vin #
  •        Special Handling – if required
  • Documents Required for Export:
  • Standard Disclosures & Requirements Prior to Delivery

           ~Federal regulations (CFR 176.905[d]) require that there is less than ¼ tank of fuel

  • Propane tanks must be empty
  • Remove all loose items and personal effects from the vehicle, including the trunk. If you wish to ship personal effects, the cargo must be packed for export and we will ship that cargo as LCL at an additional cost.
  • No car over 10 years old can be exported without permission from the Bahamas-client has to apply for permit
  • Title signed over to name being cleared in Bahamas.
  • Bill of sale matching made out to “Client Name” needs to be notarized and signed by buyer & seller
  • Car without a title still being financed needs a lease agreement from whoever is shipping it to whoever it is going to, must be notarized
  • (for Donations) Letter stating donation and the KBB Value if no bill of sale use KBB value
  • To clear customs you need: ** IF no bill of sale use KBB value **

Truck Loads

  • We need at least two weeks notice when coordinating a truck load of furniture.
  • We need the invoices and the truck load list before the truck arrives.

Hazmat goods

  • Agricultural: ammonium nitrate fertilizers, pesticides
  • Air conditioning: Refrigerant gases

Automotive: Lead-acid batteries, air bag inflators, seatbelt pretensioners,

  • fuel injector cleaners, gasoline, diesel fuel
  • Camping and outdoors equipment: fuel gels, propane “tanks”, matches, flares, scuba “tanks”
  • Construction: adhesives, sealants, tars
  • Fire fighting equipment: fire extinguishers

Household goods: aerosol spray cans, perfumes, fireworks, oil-based paint related materials,

  • adhesives, lighters, drain cleaners, pepper sprays
  • Medical: Oxygen “tanks”
  • Motorized vehicles, tools, and equipment: cars, boats, generators, engines, lawnmowers
  • Pool maintenance: chlorinating tablets or granules
